Separating and collecting lightweight materials, such as paper, foils, films, or long fibers, can be challenging as they frequently clog traditional baghouses and other downstream equipment. Unlike cyclone separators, our BETH Light Material Separator features large, perforated rotor blades that efficiently and continuously separate and discharge these materials from process gas streams, ensuring uninterrupted operation. The separated materials are then directed into containers below for easy disposal, providing a reliable solution for managing light-weight materials.
