Ceramic Filters

BETH Ceramic Filters, like the BETH bag filters, are utilized in process air and exhaust gas streams with varying pollutant loads. The key distinction is the filter's ability to withstand high temperatures up to 900 °C / 1650 °F.

BETH Ceramic Filters feature substantial modifications to the housing structure, considering the varying expansion coefficients of the materials applied. Filter media, compressed air cleaning, measuring & control as well as the material discharge system are designed for this high temperature range.

BETH Ceramic filters are characterized by continuous media cleaning for 24/7 operations. Additionally, various additives can enhance the separation of inorganic and organic pollutants, such as dioxins and furans, when used at elevated temperatures.

BETH Ceramic Filters for high temperature application are available in customized shapes and designs for your process.
